We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Support the Project Manager and other team members to engage and collaborate with the business.
  • Plan, book and conduct requirements gathering interviews and workshops.
  • Clarify and finalise of all questions arising on requirements etc.
  • Help create processes, procedures and operational documents required for the framework.
  • Work within a cross-functional Product, Engineering and Operations team to solve business problems associated with the ITS S&S framework.
  • Contribute to refining the Standards & Specifications framework processes as more S&S are delivered.
  • Participate and contribute through transformation by ensuring business areas outside Digital & Workspace understand their obligations in adhering to approved / ratified Standards & Specifications.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst in a commercial environment.
  • ITS or transport experience would be an advantage. - Desired
  • Competent and experienced in using MS Visio and MS Word
