An exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Lead, Business Analysis within the Information Systems and Services Unit.
DOC's business analysts are critical to the successful delivery and operation of the Department's complex technology systems and services.
As one of DOC's two BA team leaders, you'll be responsible for developing and leading your new team through the multi-year implementation of our new Digital Strategy, and then onwards as the enhanced capabilities transform the way DOC works.
He kōrero mōu : What we are looking for
Strong, adaptive communication skills.
At least 7 years of BA or similar experience in a complex enterprise.
Clearly understands good business analysis practice and has experience in sharing this through mentoring, coaching, and walking the talk .
A well-rounded approach for building and running high performing teams.
Delivery focused, with the ability to multitask and prioritise across a complex portfolio of deliverables.
Well organised and structured, with a coherent and consistent approach to work management and delegation.
Curious and innovative with a willingness to right size your approach.
Desirable Skills :
Has worked as a BA using a variety of delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience through the whole project and systems delivery lifecycle.
Has managed teams using structured methodologies.
Ideally, experience managing projects or structured tasks.
