Fresco Shades is a medium sized business based on the North Shore We design make and install customised canopies and side screens We are a family run business and our current accounts payroll person is moving overseas so we are looking for someone to take over this part time role We are a friendly team with a staff of around 24 employees We are seeking someone preferably local with good accounts experience a good understanding of administrative processes a love of numbers and previous experience in payroll and Xero You will have a can do willing attitude a strong eye for detail and accuracy along with being methodical A sense of humour and being a team player are also important for this role Hours are flexible but will ideally be from 9am3pm 3 days a week Monday Wednesday Friday The role entails Payroll Flexitime for staff weekly Bank reconciliations Xero Debtors creditors Preparation filing and payment of all statutory requirements GST and PAYE Accounts payable receivable Marking off payments in our CRM system Spreadsheet skills for analysis You will need the ability to plan ahead and prioritize tasks be able to set and work within realistic timelines You will be selfmotivated and able to work alone or with others In return we offer a fun working environment with a supportive team and an opportunity to be part of a growing award winning business Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
