The Enabling Council team are on a mission to transform council’s culture, systems, policies and practices to enhance the achievement of community and social outcomes.
We’re a small and dynamic innovation team with an organisation-wide mandate and an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact for Aucklanders.
As an Intrapreneur in the Enabling Council team you’ll act as an internal change agent, responsible for injecting fresh thinking and agility into the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for working within council to identify and activate strategic levers for community change and for discovering, developing and scaling new solutions.
As we move into delivery mode, we’re looking for energetic, experienced professionals with capabilities and passions including social and community innovation, learning and development, social procurement, service design and research and evaluation.
He kōrero mōu : About you
With extensive and proven experience in a specialist advisory capacity within a complex environment, and a clear understanding of a relationship centred way of working, you’ll be comfortable in leading, influencing and communicating with senior management and project teams alike.
You’ll bring strong project management experience combined with real attention to detail, and be confident in your ability to think critically, and to guide stakeholders and develop and provide advice on a range of issues.
Naturally, you'll thrive in an environment that embraces a collaborative approach to continuous improvement, and demonstrate a passion for innovation, evident in your delivery of innovative, strategic and practical thinking.
