We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Representatives to join us on a fixed-term contract.Te Whiwhinga mahi The opportunityResponding to inbound queries predominantly from students, no two days will be the same.
To support your knowledge, you’ll have access to our detailed knowledgebase, but your ability to manage caller’s queries, frustrations and understand the crux of their calls will be your point of difference.
Our callers are in contact to gain some guidance on a variety of issues, queries can vary from how to gain a HOP Card concession, providing guidance on courses to prospective students, to advising on the process for applying for an aegrotat.
You will develop strong relationships with our student centres across all faculties as well as understanding the processes for a number of our service divisions.
