As one of three Rewards Business Partner, you will provide timely and pragmatic advice to a range of stakeholders across Fonterra.
Partnering directly with the business to build capability and confidence in managers, you will equip them to navigate remuneration and rewards consistently and with care.
You will be the primary contact for HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders within your portfolio and provide best practice advice on all aspects of remuneration and rewards.
You will partner with the business to ensure all rewards initiatives, policies, processes and practices are designed, developed and implemented in line with overall business and people strategy.
In addition to understanding the rewards challenges and market conditions within your portfolio, including legislation and compliance requirements impacting remuneration decisions and processes, you will have the opportunity to manage the execution of incentive schemes, job evaluation and employee benefit initiatives.
As part of the Rewards team centre of excellence, you will ensure the successful delivery of annual remuneration and performance review processes across Fonterra and lead and participate in specific rewards projects as required.
About youWith a sound foundation in remuneration analysis and benchmarking, you have exceptional stakeholder management skills that enable to you provide meaningful and practical advice in a complex environment.
