Crimson Global AcademyCrimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-class, registered online high school designed for ambitious students seeking to take accelerated academic courses and further their learning by studying additional subjects.
We now have a school roll of over 120 students studying online in our live, real-time classes. Our students are located in 20+ classes all over the world and each class is capped at 12 students, optimising for engagement and participation.
Students study based on their ability, not their age. We built CGA on the belief that students should be stretched, not held back.
Operations Associate (Examinations)What you'll be responsible for : This Operations Associate role will be responsible for planning and executing Crimson Global Academy's internal and external school examinations on a global scale.
The ideal candidate would be able to think globally, collaborate cross-functionally, execute quickly, manage stakeholders, and be determined to build a scalable examination process for our students.
Key responsibilities : Working cross-functionally between the Academic and Operations teamsLiaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including students, parents, Heads of Departments, Deans, teachers, reception staff, site staff, IT staff and awarding organisationsBriefing students on examination procedures and conduct, and produce guidelines for staff and studentsProactively sourcing exam venues for students across the globe, whether that be through partnering with local schools or registering dedicated examination centresCreating exam schedules for internal and external examinationsManaging the examination entry process, including gathering information from teaching staff to ensure that students' examination entries are made correctly and on time, making amendments / withdrawals etcUpdating examination-related policiesManaging the examination preparation process.
supporting the SENCO in making applications, rooming, training invigilators, managing emergency access arrangements etc)Making arrangements (where feasible) for private candidates to sit examinationsManaging examination days in accordance with awarding body regulations, including preparing for each exam day, starting an examination, dealing with emergencies, irregularities and malpractice, ending the examination, collecting the examination scripts and packing and dispatching examination scriptsContingency planningManaging examination results.
