Customer Service Representative
Have you had some experience in Sales or Customer Care? We are on the hunt for professionals with both junior and senior Sales or Customer Service experience for temporary Customer Service and Sales roles.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be required to :
Take inbound and outbound sales calls
Have the ability to conduct Business Development calls
Conduct post sale care
Maintain customer accounts
Respond and resolve all customer queries
Schedule, book and coordinate numerous orders
Have the ability to chase leads
To be successful in this role you will need to :
Be driven to meet KPI’s and report KPI numbers
Have sound experience in customer interaction
Be open to coaching or being coached
Have the ability to think on your feet
Resolve all customer enquires and complaints satisfactorily within company guidelines
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Be extremely self-motivated
Have great organisational skills
Have a professional, helpful manner where anything is possible
Be eligible to work in New Zealand
