A busy and varied role!Do you have an interest in Arts & Culture and a Passion for Customer Service?Full time Fixed term contract until December 2021He angitūtanga : The opportunityNathan Homestead is an iconic Manurewa community venue where people create, celebrate, and connect while surrounded by nature and history.

Built in 1925, the historic homestead hosts a range of events and courses such as exhibitions by local, national, and international artists, arts classes, and workshops as well as school holiday programmes.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and customer focused person to join our team as Facility Administrator. This is a busy and varied role where you will provide a positive, friendly, approachable environment for our artists and customers.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will deliver expert administration and customer service support across the facility.

In this customer facing role, you will ensure a welcoming and friendly service for our visitors as well as provide quality, professional administrative support such as data entry, coordinating bookings and meetings, developing, and maintaining databases and filing systems.

He kōrero mōu : About youThis role is best suited to someone with exceptional customer service skills and a genuine interest in the arts.

You will be a proactive people person, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

To be successful in your role, you will bring previous experience and qualifications in Business administration, which has honed your ability to co-ordinate and manage a variety of tasks while on the go.

Cash handling, data entry and time management skills are all key to this role as well as skills in MS Office application such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
