Branch Manager
Galleon Group Limited Rotorua, North Island
The Branch Manager will lead operations providing a customer solution-focused approach to the sale of technical products and services to trade customers.
In a relationship driven environment, you will proactively and confidently liaise with existing and new customers, ensuring superior service delivery and sales growth.
The role will :
Provide inspiring team leadership, developing a high-performance culture
Lead the branch operations aligned to the budget and KPIs
Manage high-volume, complex inventory
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers
Lead a positive health and safety culture where safety behaviours are instinctive
We require a branch leader with initiative, determination and self-motivation, who enjoys dealing with people and understands the nature of working with and leading a team.
Ideally you will bring the following skills to the role : -
Operations and management experience in a retail / wholesale trades environment
Strong customer service skills (experience with trade customers advantageous)
The ability to lead and inspire teams
Good communication and organisation skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent problem solving skills and initiative
Positive attitude with a can-do, collaborative approach
