The Marketing Team Lead role is responsible for team management and leadership, along with delivery of a diverse range of marketing and communications activities.
We work on brands and programmes like Mental Wellbeing, Smokefree, QuitStrong, Alcohol Harm Reduction, Minimising Gambling Harm, and Nutrition and Physical Activity.

You may have worked for government, an agency, a non-government organisation (NGO), or in the commercial sector. You have delivered social marketing programmes / campaigns and can demonstrate understanding of behaviour change strategies.
Experience in team management or leading projects that require delegation and working with others is highly desirable.
You will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking, and enjoy a challenge. You will have significant experience in managing ambiguity and shaping work, campaign planning, development and delivery, including contract and budget management.
It is preferable that you can demonstrate an understanding of Māori and / or Pacific audiences and marketing approaches that encompass community collaboration, co-creation or storytelling.
