Within a global finance operations team committed to operational excellence and amplifying value, the Finance Business Partner will work closely with Financial Controllers, Business Managers and subsidiary boards across a portfolio of entities, as part of an integral member of a centralised finance function.
Blending control and compliance, the role will provide financial reporting, analysis, interpretation and insights, which will ultimately contribute to executive decision making.
Financial control aspects will include preparation and analysis of results, participation in business planning, reforecasting, managing audit process and compliance with local legalities and technicalities in each jurisdiction.
Establishing positive partnering relationships cross-functionally will strengthen opportunity to add value - by asking questions, testing thinking and sharing insights, intelligence and ideas, always through a continuous improvement lens.
CA qualified and bringing a solid foundation in financial accounting, likely from a professional services background, you’re keen to progress your career in a business offering opportunity to prove your value, continue learning and contribute to a renewed focus on operational excellence, through ownership and accountability, consistency, efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong analytically, you understand the importance of data integrity, also confident to bring relevance and meaning to the numbers, sharing key messages and insights with business managers and teams.

An advocate for positive change, you are ready to inspire and guide others, comfortable to establish a leadership relationship with remotely located team members.
