As a Service Manager you will ensure customer objectives are met and develop key accounts. You will bring with you both commercial and financial acumen skills from previous experience and effectively lead from the front to meet short- and long-term business objectives.
This role is pivotal to great operational management skills driving team performance to meet business plan objectives.
We are interested in hearing from candidates with well-developed commercial acumen, proven sales focus and strong leadership skills.
You will bring with you experience in managing team performance and responsible for allocating resources to ensure service work is completed to satisfy client objectives.
Ideally, we seek those with industry exposure to the Commercial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Engineering sectors, however we will consider those who are new to the industry as well.
