We are looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Administrator to join AA Driving School. This newly created role will help deliver improved support for our growing offerings across AA Driver Training, CX and Fleet and Business teams.
The role includes invoicing, ownership of processes and systems and overall operational support. Ideally, you would have worked in a customer service role dealing with queries, complaints, and other various administrative tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be join one of the largest driving schools in the southern hemisphere where we are constantly looking to develop new products and improve our delivery.
