HelpDesk Support Our client A leading international lawyer specialising in patent services trademarks copyright commercial IP IP enforcement dispute resolution more The role With around 60 users you will be the Helpdesk Support managing the day to day IT tasks and assisting users The support provided will mostly be Level 1 and some Level 2 This will commence as a twomonth contract and to start asap Some of the tasks you will be doing Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Monitoring and maintenance of operational systems to agreed service levels Daily processing of housekeeping and day end procedures completed in accordance to policies and procedures Actioning change requests in a timely manner and under appropriate direction and providing status reports to relevant parties as appropriate Implementing minor enhancements to existing operational systems where appropriate Restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to the business whilst ensuring that availability and service levels are maintained Other activities that would naturally fall under Help Desk Support and required by the business Nice to haves SQL General Scripting SQL Reporting Linux Nagios If you have the above experience and want to join a fantastic organisation please apply today to Monika Dewi
