With Agile practices firmly embedded in the IT domain using the SAFe framework, we are continuing our journey and are actively promoting agility right throughout the Ministry.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) Application Support.
It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent people and communication skills with the ability to work independently, be adjustable to changing priorities and have the confidence and professionalism to liaise with external organisations.

This role requires a diverse range of skills from detailed business analysis (analysing system application and system customisation requirements) to technical development (customisation and configuration of system and application related change) to relationship management with internal customers and external vendors.
