We are seeking an organised, multi-tasking extraordinaire to drive an exceptional service at CARTERS Mangawhai. The Despatch Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in our drive to deliver a consistently reliable level of service to our customers.
With responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day transportation requirements of the branch, this position promises to bring the challenge of juggling multiple tasks and requests to include the below :
Managing the loading and despatch of customer orders ensuring we deliver a quality service and products on time
Prioritising, scheduling and following-up truck deliveries to site
Overseeing the operation of our distribution function
Customer Service and working closely with other areas of the Branch
Occasional heavy lifting

A skilled administrator who is adept at managing their time, with proven ability to work well under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
A true knack for detail, great communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
Previous work experience in despatch or logistics is preferred
Computer literate and not afraid to learn new systems and processes
