The Role

Weare seeking a highly motivated Cloud Operations Specialist to be anactive participant in providing a world class support service to our globalcustomers.

This is a full time, permanent role in our Christchurch offices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Actively contribute to and improve the delivery of the deployment, upgrades, and support of our cloud solutions.

Contribute to team goals and priorities.

Go above and beyond to ensure the best results for our clients.

Expand your skills as we take on the management of new solutions which Seequent builds, acquires, or integrates with.

Work collaboratively with our development team and contribute to the design of our solutions, particularly with regards to the infrastructure and deployment operations.

Further develop your diagnostic and problem-solving skills by identifying and fixing root causes.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have :

A background in customer support for cloud products or IT infrastructure and systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company and enjoy working in a team with big goals!
