We have a fantastic opportunity for a specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team in the role of E-Commerce Manager.E-

Commerce Manager is a pivotal and important role within our team; not your average and boring sales role! The person in this position is responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with key OTA partners across a broad range of JUCY products and categories.

Your retention and growth of the accounts will have a strategically significant impact on the success and growth of the JUCY Group.

Key responsibilities : Build strategies for development and retention of E-Commerce partnersIdentify existing and new partners who would benefit JUCY by being connected via APIManage the process or gathering requirements for existing and new partners API connectionsLead the on boarding process for the implementation of API integrations between JUCY and it’s partnersOversee forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goalsDemonstrate full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation and performance management of online partnersApply advanced problem-

solving skills to independently resolve complex issues, not covered by existing procedures or practicesLeverage understanding of new and existing digital tools and platforms to support development of the overall sales strategyTo get through the doors, you’ll also need : Previous E-

Commerce Management experience, well-versed in E-Commerce strategy, sales, revenue management and stakeholder managementTo be capable of creating business relationships without requiring face-

to-face meetingsThe ability to use data to ensure ROI on E-Commerce activities and investment, with insights to push the envelopePrevious success in developing strategic plans and executing via an effective sales strategy and data analysisCommercial nous, with strong business acumen in planning, negotiating and influencingStrategic thinking to create joint business plans, influence internal stakeholders, and solve highly complex customer challenges.

Of course, we’re after a veritable Sales legend who is motivated, has initiative up the wazoo, has a strong work ethic, and can work across a wide range of stakeholders with a positive attitude (what organisation isn’t looking for that you ask).
