We are looking for a Marketing Manager - Commercial to lead marketing activity for the commercial side of the business which provides unique leasing solutions for businesses of all sizes across Enterprise, SME, Education and Retail.

What will you be responsible for?

This role is responsible for collaborating with key commercial partners to develop go-to-market initiatives and for designing and driving marketing initiatives that will encourage customers to lease with flexigroup as well as maintaining, creating and evolving marketing programmes.

The role requires creativity, as you will learn to build, refine and execute both business-to-business and business-to-customer campaigns and marketing initiatives.

You will also help to design and implement B2B and B2C lifecycle programs to optimise customer on-boarding, engagement and ongoing communications.

You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to simplify communication and messaging. You’ll work in conjunction with the General Manager of Marketing to ensure delivery of targets and business needs, and act as a custodian of brand presentation, product promotion and customer experience.

What are we looking for?

You’re organised and analytical, have a touch of creative, with an interest in optimising acquisition and retention and at the same time effectively managing budgets to ensure business targets are realised.

You’ll also be interested in and able to decipher and understand data analytics and sharing the performance of your initiatives.

To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator and be able to develop collaborative working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Most importantly, we are a team of thinkers and do-ers. You will need to roll up your sleeves to help execute, deliver, and shift the dial.
