As the Senior Production Planner at Teknique, you will be working closely with our operations, hardware team, customers and distributors to deliver on our product vision to enable businesses to take advantage of edge AI and computer vision solutions within their organization as quickly and as easily as possible.

This means ensuring we can procure materials and manufacture and deliver on time to our customers globally in a constantly changing dynamic environment!

On a day-to day basis you might be :

  • Producing and managing the company production schedule and external supply chain
  • Creating a supply plan monitoring the production capacity, inventory to meet customer and project requirements
  • Leading supply chain forecasting, procurement and negotiations
  • Working with our contract manufacturing partners to drive high quality results.
  • Tracking production to schedule to ensure we meet committed delivery dates
  • Identifying material constraints on any orders received or planned
  • Proactively managing end of life components and finding solutions to ensure deliveries can continue.
  • Developing and maintain reports, helping to identify where the business can improve
  • Working with NPI Engineers on new products coming to market
  • Liaising with all parts of the business to deliver excellent results.
  • Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in demand / production planning and supply chain management in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end material planning process including demand and capacity planning, historical usage analysis and customer forecasts.
  • Able to maintain and manage complex production schedules across a number of remote production facilities
  • Proven experience in leading supply chain procurement
  • Experience with working with contract manufacturers offshore
  • Planning experience within a technical manufacturing company
  • Advanced skills in ERP / MRP forecasting systems.
  • Ability to self manage
  • Nice to have!

  • Experience in working in a high paced, hi-tech product development environment
  • Willingness to travel abroad to assist bringing products into production and collaborate within a global team (China, Thailand, US, and Europe).
  • Proven ability to manage large scale and complex projects
  • Knowledge of Image Processing and Computer Vision.
