About the role

The Business Management team within Digital Technology are the key connection with business operations. We undertake challenging assignments to deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Key areas of responsibility will include :

  • Foster effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the organisation's offender-centric business processes and operational procedures.
  • Through facilitation techniques, lead the business to identify and document business processes and requirements for changes to offender-centric systems.
  • Support the development of User Acceptance Test plans and scripts to ensure appropriate testing that changes meet the business needs.
  • Promote business improvements that will streamline business processes, reduce costs and enable efficiencies and keep up to date with business analysis and modelling techniques and tools.

    What we need is a highly capable Business Analyst with outstanding people skills, who is used to working in a busy and dynamic environment.

    We are looking for experience that demonstrates a self-starting, well organised person, with knowledge of IT / business solutions design, best practice and work initiative process.

    We work in a large and complex environment so your ability to plan, multitask and connect effectively with a wide range of people is vital.

    On top of your excellent, facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills, you will have a strong ability to articulate requirements from a business point of view.

    The salary range for this role is $75,829 - $107,052. All appointments will be based on demonstrable skills and experience relevant to the role.
