Our client is seeking a warm, engaging, and polished Receptionist to join their busy team as the face of their organisation.
This is a job share opportunity where your commitment will be working Mondays & Tuesdays 8.30am - 5.30pm. Occasionally we'd love you to do extra hours if possible during the week and on rare occasions you may be asked to fill in for annual leave or sick leave.
This role is for someone who loves being a host of first impressions!
About the role
Meet, greet, host and build relationships with visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Provide administration support to the wider team
Manage meeting rooms and organise catering
Maintain a high level of customer service
Skills and experience
Previous reception experience is preferred
High level client service skills
Strong administration & general clerical skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise & meet deadlines
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative
Flexibility to support with additional hours when required
