    You will be responsible for :

  • Managing a portfolio of Key Accounts while identifying and developing new customers
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to upsell and maximise share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Developing digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
  • Optimising the design and content of online assets including the company website and social media pages.
  • Analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  • The Profile

  • You ideally have experience in sales / account management or Digital Marketing, within the Internet or Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
