You will be responsible for :
Managing a portfolio of Key Accounts while identifying and developing new customers
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to upsell and maximise share of wallet.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Developing digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
Optimising the design and content of online assets including the company website and social media pages.
Analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
You ideally have experience in sales / account management or Digital Marketing, within the Internet or Media & Entertainment industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
