Operations Manager - Recruitment & Labour Hire
Stellar is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support the growth and development of our Christchurch branch.
This is a newly created position that has a strong focus on internal recruitment, consultant development and management of the junior to intermediate recruitment consultants to support the growth of our market sectors.

About the job :
You will support the growth of the branch through driving the internal recruitment and development of our recruitment consultants.
You will lead and manage all consultants at junior and intermediate level to support our divisional leads growing the market sectors
Drive a culture of high performance through embedding effective processes and behaviours of consultants
Participation in business wide strategy, innovation and best practice
Carry out staff development plans and reviews
About you :
You will have extensive recruitment agency experience across ideally both permanent recruitment and labour hire
A strong leader and manager of people, a strategic thinker, innovator and high performer who is driven to develop the career of others and themselves
Strong attention to detail, business systems, processes and procedures
Ideally a strong understanding within our existing sectors, but not essential.
