About the role
We are currently looking for BPM / Dynamic Case Management solution implementation practitioners with a passion for working with Pega Platform / OpenText AppWorks / Process Suite and similar product suites through the complete lifecycle in enterprise-scale settings.
You should have :
experience using data driven development approaches e.g. Entity Modelling and knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server / Oracle
at least 3 to 5 years hands on solution design / implementation experience on BPM / Dynamic Case Management / Process Automation projects
Expertise in both agile and traditional software delivery lifecycle
The willingness and ability to learn new tools is essential. You should be energetic and a team player. You should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
In addition, experience in the following areas would be advantageous but not necessary :
knowledge of BPM / Dynamic Case Management / Process Automation platforms like Pega Platform, or, OpenText AppWorks (Process Suite), UiPath, Nintex, Appian or similar tools.
Front end custom / responsive user interface and web development technologies such as Angular, HTML5, Bootstrap, Knockout and JavaScript.
Cloud-based technologies, such as Azure or Amazon Web Services.
Knowledge of other ECM suites e.g. OpenText Content Suite, IBM FileNet, Alfresco, Hyland OnBase
Connecting to Web Resources or APIs using REST, SOAP, OAuth.
Information management and governance processes.
Consulting experience is desirable and experience in industries such as banking, insurance, energy, telco and / or government is also advantageous.
