  • This role can be based in either Auckland or Hamilton
  • Key strategic role to drive growth in the municipal water sector across the North Island
  • A newly created key strategic role based in Auckland with a highly respected consultancy to drive growth in the municipal / wastewater sector across the North Island.

    In this key strategic role you will be responsible for driving client relationships and business development to secure profitable work.

    You will also hold oversight of technical delivery of projects, responsible for technical delivery including feasibility, concept, preliminary and detailed design stages of projects.

    You will likely been known in the market and hold strong existing client relationships.

    This client operates a great culture, free from overseas head offices and the usual focus on utilisation and yet, offers the chance to work in a decent sized organisation with modern, central offices located across NZ.

    You will work alongside other industry experts in a friendly environment with continued opportunities for career development as this consultancy expands.

    About You

  • Chartered Professional Civil Engineer
  • 15+ years experience in the municipal water sector
  • Background in consultancy together with good civil design skills
  • Strong market presence in the New Zealand municipal water sector
  • Proven client relationship and business development skills
  • Proven ability to manage / direct projects to achieve commercially successful outcomes
  • Candidates for this position must be based in New Zealand and hold the right to work in New Zealand.
