Data is only as good as the insights it provides. We are a data-rich organisation and are looking for a manager who’ll help us to bring that information to life.
We have strong systems that collect information at all levels of the supply chain. What we need is a manager who can lead their team in data analysis and then use that information to inform on-farm decision-making.
This is a critical role that will enable us to improve efficiency, productivity and farm performance. We are looking for someone who can be the interface between technology and farming operations.
You’ll use your understanding of agriculture as you spend time with our farm staff from Senior Business Managers to Farm Managers - reviewing data and teasing out insights that will drive robust decision making.
You’ll have a strong presence and a positive communication style that will enable you to instil confidence in your team and senior leaders within our business.
You’ll look after a small team of technical specialists in GIS and Information Analysis, while ensuring that the technology we’re using is up to date and fit for purpose.
As an enabling function to our business, you’ll have a real customer service mentality as well as the passion, drive, and confidence to engage knowledgeably with our farm staff.
If you thrive on innovation and know your way around information systems, we would like to hear from you. For a confidential discussion, contact James Brodey at brodeyj landcorp.
