Our People and Culture team are looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join the existing team at a really exciting period where there’s lots of emphasis on learning throughout the organisation and a big appetite for leading edge learning to internal and external customers.
In this role, you’ll lead a talented and energetic team and will be accountable for developing and delivering strategic and operational blended learning and development initiatives whilst thriving in a role where effective stakeholder engagement and pace and flexibility will be essential.
