As our Corporate Receptionist, your professional and positive approach will create a great first impression as the first point of contact for our visitors.
This will be an exciting opportunity to job share as a part time corporate receptionist. You are passionate about building bonds, planning and organising, and coordinating events and will be responsible for :
Reception, general administration and office maintenance activities
Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
Liaising with our building security, maintenance and corporate travel providers
Events organisation and set up
About you
You will have prior experience as an Administration / Corporate office reception.
Experienced using Microsoft Office and reception systems
Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
You have strong attention to detail and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice.
Demonstrates a winning together’ mindset by understanding the perspectives of others, creating a positive team culture, managing emotions and maintaining strong bonds.
Achieves high standards of work, demonstrating attention to detail, perseverance, commitment and initiative within scope of authority.
Communicates with clarity and confidence, actively listening and adapting style to suit the needs of the audience.
