THE ROLE & SKILLS

The suitable person will need vital knowledge of administrative practices that will add value to our team.

An appreciation of accounting concepts along with knowledge and interest in Insolvency matters is important. Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) are required skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks is necessary. A strong understanding of the English language is essential.

YOUR ROLE

  • Assistant to the Insolvency Practitioner
  • Updating client data bases (Excel) with accurate detail
  • Answering telephone and directing calls
  • Previewing and processing emails
  • Preparation of statutory reports.
  • Maintaining and filing of records and documents.
