The Role
In this role you will support the effective delivery of administration and coordination services to the Talent Acquisition team, Executive General Manager, Business Partnering NZ and the NZ Business Partnering team.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administration tasks related to recruitment, offers and onboarding of candidates, including booking interviews, provision of interview documentation to hiring managers, completion of offer letters, compiling onboarding and compliance documentation and ensuring candidates and hiring managers are kept informed of progress and next steps, as required.
Invoice reconciliation and processing of NZ People & Culture Invoices
Regular reporting and process documentation, weekly recruitment reporting and updating recruitment processes as required
Risk management activity to help ensure that the Talent Acquisition process is risk free, including making recommendations for process improvements and completing supplier segmentation, risk and cyber assessments as required
Providing administrative and coordination support to the Executive Manager and NZ Business Partnering / People & Culture team, as required
Producing monthly people metrics reporting for the Executive Manager to share with the NZLT, highlighting analysis, insights and trends in divisional data
Skills & Experience
Experience in HR support role
Demonstrated ability to complete work with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to use initiative and to work in a team environment, contributing to the achievement of team objectives
Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships internally and externally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to work within and adapt to a changing environment with a high degree of flexibility with all levels of employees and management
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
