Auckland City, AucklandJob DescriptionAs a Student Academic Adviser you will be responsible for providing advice and support to students across all aspects of their University careers, supporting them from student recruitment right through to graduation.

This is an incredibly rewarding role, where you will directly contribute to our students’ experience of the University of Auckland!Key accountabilities for this position include : Provide specialist advice and support to students to assist with recruitment, admissions, enrolment, academic progress and degree planning.

Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills through relationship management, advocacy and negotiation.Support students at academic risk as well as high-

achieving students, creating, implementing, and reviewing study and support plans.Monitor student progress.Represent the faculty at student recruitment events both on campus and in schools.

solving abilities.You will also thrive in highly-regulated environments, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
