The role : Our Marketing department has an exciting opportunity to join their team as Senior Marketing Manager for Customer Growth.

You’ll identify, create, lead and deliver market leading marketing strategies and tactics to attract new and grow existing customer relationships.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this is a senior leadership role that is pivotal to the success of the Marketing, Product, Distribution and Partner channels.

Leading and inspiring a team of Marketers and the Business to fully recognise our potential and create envy in the market.

What you will do : Lead, inspire and mentor a high performing team of marketing specialists to deliver maximum value to the business and customer.

Lead the strategy and execution of fully integrated B2B and B2C Customer Growth marketing activities to support acquisition and existing business growth for key channels and consumer segments.

Leverage existing Marketing Lead Gen and Digital sales tools, and create new one to create stronger customer targeting and delivery efficiencies.

Grow the Vitality Health and Wellbeing program from launch to become a highly desirable proposition to New and Existing customers.

Manage and collaborate with senior distribution, product and Australian stakeholders to develop market leading GTM plans for risk and health products.

Manage large, complex projects (people, time, and budget) to execute marketing strategy.Accountable for implementing and maintaining performance measurement programs that align with AIAs core KPI’s, including regular stakeholder reporting.

Demonstrate continuous application of key business and consumer insights to address key business challenges or create new opportunities.

What you will bring : Kick ass growth and curious mind set.Demonstrable experience of leading successful integrated brand marketing initiatives at a senior level in large and complex organisations.

Significant B2B and B2C marketing experience in both ATL and BTL channels.Balance of creative and commercial thinking.Clear voice of customer thinking.

Strong understanding of specialist marketing functions particularly digital marketing and lead generation best practices.

Experience in dealing with complex products, with large and diverse customer bases.Experience leading and developing teams.

Ability to lead large discrete projects.Ability to lead cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple con-current work streams and priorities.
