Mō te tūranga About the role

Work autonomously and as part of a team, manage, and prioritise a patient caseload, and is keen to develop on-going advanced skills.

Lead and develop quality services in collaboration with others while working alongside a committed inter-professional team of health professionals.

Provide regular in-services, senior staff mentoring and peer review, a comprehensive on-call competency training framework and access to course and conference funding.

We take pride in supporting our staff to grow as clinicians, so we run a well-developed on-going support and professional development programme.

Mōu ake About you

As an experienced and senior clinician, you will have at least 3-5 years’ experience.

To be successful in this position, you will also need to demonstrate the following :

Strong organisational, time-management and clinical priority-setting skills.

Resourceful and resilient; able to apply critical thinking to solve complex problems.

Be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of NZ and hold a current annual practicing certificate.

Proven supervision, mentoring, coaching and clinical leadership skills.

Exceptional team-player with the ability to work collaboratively across a wider multi-disciplinary team.

Utu whānui Salary range

This role belongs to the DHBs / PSA Allied, Public Health and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between Step 1 ($59,035 p.

a) and Step 8 ($85,992 p.a pro rata) of the Degree-based Allied, Public Health and Technical Salary scale.
