We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our Wellington team.
This role will lead a large client account nationwide; managing a team and a portfolio of diverse properties.
This is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months.

Manage relationships with a key client
Strategic asset planning and management

Ensure overall financial performance of the account

Proven property management experience at an intermediate or senior level
