Key requirements for the role include :

  • A current LCQ / Managers Licence
  • A minimum of 1 years management experience in a vibrant, fast-paced restaurant
  • The ability to liaise with clients, organise and arrange bookings
  • Coordination of the set-up and pack down of events
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Ideally knowledge of wage costs and targets
  • Strong food & beverage knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience managing teams
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • A flare for the creative and fun loving nature
  • Leadership skills
