  • Due to an internal promotion, we are on the hunt for the next administration superstar for the Property Services Team. Working predominantly with our Property Officer - Maintenance and Facilities and the Property Services Manager, this role covers a broad range of activities relating to the efficient maintenance of Council owned facilities.

    In this role you will maintain the property registers and databases, and assist in the management of furniture and fitting requirements of Council buildings.

    You will also administer leases and licenses including invoicing of fees and on-charges, associated debt management, and provide support with security access systems for Council buildings.

    This is a busy role, so your ability to change your focus on a regular basis is essential.

    Your extensive administration skills, sharp eye for detail and strong customer ethos will be a real asset to our team. This role suits someone who has a genuine interest in helping others both internally and externally, so the ability to communicate confidently and constructively with a wide range of people will be key.

    Ideally you'll also have a good grasp of facilities management and procedures but if not, don't worry we will train you!
