Our Construction team covers back and front end construction law - this opportunity is in the back end construction litigation team, which is headed up by the hugely experienced, award winning partners Stephen Price, Janine Stewart and Scott Thompson.
This role offers you the opportunity to work on top notch, complex, high-end construction litigation, covering defective buildings and Construction Contracts Act matters, acting for an impressive client list.
You will be well supported; working closely with a very experienced Senior Associate. You will get plenty of client contact and will learn a lot, working alongside New Zealand's best.
We are seeking a bright, capable lawyer with 3-5 years' litigation experience. We will consider litigation lawyers with some construction experience, as well as construction lawyers with some litigation experience.
We are also open to applicants with solely civil / commercial litigation backgrounds who have a strong drive and interest in embarking on a career in construction litigation.
