1.Ensure product knowledge is current and up-to-date across all product ranges2.Greet all customers and assist them in finding the product they are looking for 3.
Provide customers with all relevant product information to assist them with decision making4.Promote any add on’ or related products and specials to customers as appropriate5.
Ensure customers are assisted and that their expectations are met throughout the end to end sales process, provide hardware and system installing if required by customers.
6.Ensure guarantees and all relevant purchase information is provided to customers and extended warranties offered7.Respond to inquiries about software and hardware we provided to clients, especially for the faulty product8.
Refer complex IT issues to internal service department if necessary and follow up the post services9.Liaise with ICT department or IT manager of commercial customers to determine their software and hardware requirements then provide them with IT portfolio solutions
1.IT qualification preferred2.At least 1 year proven experience and success in retailing industry. 3.IT knowledges including : Microsoft Office, Software design, implementation and end-user interaction, Computer products and applications knowledge, Computer networking systems4.
Excellent verbal communication skills5.High attention to detail and accuracy6.Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
