Then this role might be what you are looking for!Responsibilities include : Prepare food prior to serviceEnsure adequacy of supplies at cooking stationsFollow the guidance of the Senior chefs and have input in new ways of presentation or dishesFollow and enforce strict health and hygiene standardsREQUIREMENTSWe look for team members with a great attitude,* along with the following skills*Experience in a large kitchen and some knowledge of best cooking practicesAn understanding of culinary trends and a passion to gain new knowledgePlanning and organising skills and an ability to work individually and in a teamAbility to multi-
task, show flexibility and meet deadlines, work under pressure.A desire to grow your career and / or desire to establish yourself in this roleFlexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
