LIC is seeking a sales professional to join its dynamic, solutions-focused team, which puts the customer at the centre of everything LIC does.
You'll be able to draw on significant resource while maintaining a good deal of freedom to provide solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis.
Servicing the Matamata area, this role could suit someone currently residing in the Waikato area.
As the face of LIC on-farm, you'll display strong empathy toward farmers, complemented by a 'can-do 'attitude. Reporting to a Senior Agri Manager, you'll be comfortable talking the language of the dairy farmer, and you'll understand the issues and challenges they face, both day-to-day, and long-term.
You'll be aware of the importance of herd and cow quality, have a sound knowledge of dairy cow genetics and how this goes hand-in-hand with profitability - and you'll have little problem conveying this concept to farmers while keeping abreast of unique situation they face.
As a sales professional, you'll have the necessary drive, ambition, and determination to meet or exceed sales targets.
