Our client is a successful National Business with more than 20 years' experience working as a Body Corporate Manager / Secretary on behalf of Unit Owners, Committees and Chairpersons.

It is essential that you are able to deliver timely and accurate information ensuring external and internal deadlines are always met! You will have experience in building and maintaining good working relationships with the public, clients and the wider team.

Your skill-set as an accounting professional will provide the building blocks to be successful in this role. They will provide full training on all technical aspects.

This is a challenging role where you will work as part of a solid and very professional team. They are passionate about what they do and, therefore, the successful candidate will be focused and capable of delivering excellent service.

You will report to the Financial Controller and your key responsibilities will be : Ensuring all assigned clients financial reporting is accurate, compliant with company and legal standards and available on time to external clients and Body corporate managers.

Assisting with the processing of direct deposits and / or cheque's into their Trust Bank account along with other individual body corporate bank accounts (including saver accounts).

Assisting in the preparation and filing of accurate periodic GST returns.Managing and monitoring of investment accounts for their Trust clients.

Liaising with relevant internal and external specialistsApplying professional problem solving and multi-tasking skills. The successful candidate must have the following : -

Minimum of 2-3 year's proven experience in a similar role.A tertiary (Bachelor) degree in Accounting,Strong numerical, verbal and written skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage the demands of a rapidly evolving environment.Microsoft office skills; knowledge of Rockend is an advantage.
