Essential and optional requirements


Proven reservations experience at a supervisory level advantageous

Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle tight deadlines are essential

Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.

Experience with EzRMS or other Revenue Management system is essential.

Hotel operation experience necessary.

Key tasks


This is an exciting opportunity with the AccorHotels Group, the role will see the individual working over multiple properties, brands and star ratings.

Focused primarily on Pullman Auckland and assisting Director of Revenue with other properties within the portfolio when needed.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue and based at Pullman Auckland, you will be responsible Optimising occupancy, average rate and yield, and forecast demand.

This is an excellent opportunity for Revenue minded individual to work for New Zealand's largest hotel chain .


  • Regularly check the input and quality of data (correct segmentation, denials tracking, etc);
  • Ensure, through an adapted communication, that the hotels know how to input correct data into the PMS systems;
  • Ensure the distribution systems are operating according to hotel standard operating procedures.

    Analyse hotels performance in the RMS as a basis for strategy decisions

    Survey the market, the competitors in terms of pricing and closed dates with the help of Price Trackers, as a basis for future pricing strategies
