About the role
Our established marketing team based in Newmarket is looking for a seasoned marketing professional. Reporting into the Marketing and Customer Insights Manager, you'll be creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales across a portfolio of villages as well as leading companywide care marketing initiatives.
We are aged care, but we are also a property / development and hospitality company. So if you've come from Aged Care, Real Estate, Corporate Services, Retail, Advertising agencies, Hospitality or even Tourism, the transition will be easy!
Some of the great things you will be doing :
Set and manage marketing plans to help achieve business objectives across bought, earned and owned channels. Translate this to individual village care campaigns.
Work with Sales, Village Management and other key stakeholders in order to strategize and action village promotional activities, quarterly planning and briefings
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of village promotional activities, quarterly planning and monthly agency briefing.
Develop and maintain site-specific promotional calendars and events across all channels incorporating monthly open days and events
We're looking for a strong marketing professional with a Marketing or Communications qualification to support. We're growing fast, so if you're comfortable with pace and constant change, you'll enjoy this role and working for Metlifecare.
Strong marketing communications and content creation background including event planning and activation
Previous experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment where you've contributed directly to sales results
Quarterly planning, implementation and delivery of marketing strategy and communications
Ability to brief agencies - media / advertising to get the best outcome for Metlifecare
Basic design skills (InDesign or Photoshop) and email and social media capabilities
Creativity, with strong written and verbal communication skills - it's a no brainer you've got to be articulate
