As an active participant of our Culture and People team, you’ll be someone happy to share your ideas and play a key role in shaping how payroll is seen and imagined across our business.
An experienced Payroll Project Analyst with technical knowledge and an aptitude for learning and implementing change is required for one of New Zealand's largest Payrolls.
This role will provide technical leadership and will include a mix of PayGlobal system related initiatives and improvement initiatives within the core payroll team.
Key Responsibilities : Participate in the coordination of system upgrades and regression testingReceive, triage, share and implement (where appropriate) continuous improvement feedback from the business, to focus on the implementation of system optimisation to increase efficiencies across existing HR processesHelp develop user training plans to ensure new system enhancements are quickly adopted and sustained including the development of supporting training materialsProvide recommendations on the capabilities of the HR systems for the regular releases of system upgrades and / or improvements to ensure ongoing continuous improvementMaintain the Payroll system ensuring it is fully compliant with all relevant legislation (including Holiday Pay) and collective and individual agreementsBe an effective business partner to the Payroll and broader Culture & People team, acting as the first point of call for anything payroll systems related, recommending and managing any actions to completionWork collaboratively with technology team members to deliver end to end service for our customersQuery and export data from PayGlobal to meet business requirementsContribute to the provision of best practice Payroll services and commercially focused solutions that support the business in conjunction with other areas of the People function.
