Ko Awatea is our centre for health innovation and improvement and works with teams to design and deliver improvement programmes, build capability and provide knowledge and evaluation support to senior leaders, clinical leads and frontline colleagues.
We are currently looking for an experienced Improvement Advisor to join our team. You will apply your knowledge, skills and experience of improvement methodologies to investigate and facilitate solutions to system problems that reduce inequity and improve quality, safety, productivity and efficiency within Counties Manukau Health.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include :
To be successful in this role you will have experience in leading and facilitating project teams. An effective change agent who thinks beyond the tools and methods, and considers the context and change management needs of the project team and wider system you will use your formal training in one or more improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Model for Improvement to deliver measurable outcomes.
Working as part of the wider Ko Awatea Team in a diverse and varied environment, you will be comfortable working with other subject matter experts to ensure the most appropriate skills are used to deliver the best outcomes.
This role is a permanent opportunity, working Monday to Friday.
