This role is a step up from your traditional Customer Service Representative role where you will enjoy additional responsibility and you'll feel like you have ownership of your role! At E-tec it's our goal to grow people well, so as our Customer Service Representative you'll :
Provide solutions to our customers to meet their needs
Help people find the training that they need and make the right choices
Enjoy building and maintaining relationships as this role is involved with many people within the business, our customers and our Tutors
As generic as it sounds, this role really is the glue for the team, so you'll naturally be supportive, be customer centric and get in amongst the weeds to provide great solutions
Our business is growing and we always welcome ideas on how we can improve anything for our customers and ourselves
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're likely to be or have been in a customer service role seeking more variety and responsibility in your role and looking for a more dynamic, varied and challenging work environment
Someone looking to step up to make a difference and be challenged
Very strong in process and efficient solutions to improve
Strong communication all round, the ability to listen, find a solution and follow through, you have a true passion for customer service as customers are our number one priority
Microsoft proficiency, 365 environment preferably
