ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role is to assist the Transport team in achieving the expected Service Level agreements (SLA) as required by Client's contracts with DHL.

As a dispatcher some of your core responsibilities will also include : Ensure all vehicles are available and on time to arrive and depart the DC's / Client sites to meet all requirements.

Responsible for the management of the fleet vehicles to achieve full utilization of each loading and to ensure profitability.

Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for Transport staff by maintaining Occupational Safety and Healthy infrastructure and monitoring compliance.

RequirementsWith a focus on customer service, key to your success in the role will include;Ideally you will have 2+years working as a dispatcher.

Meticulous attention to detail to manage tasks within assigned processes and organize workload to achieve desired results.

Intermediate PC skills with the full range of MS Office applicationsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a desire to engage with all stakeholders.

Able to think on your feet and be responsive in a fast-paced environment where speed and quality are equally important.Good planning and organisational skills (including time management and prioritisation)The ability to work both independently and as part of a close teamIf this sounds like you, then submit your application now!Job Reference : NZ00216
