arranging meetings across multiple offices using Microsoft Teams
email management, including scanning GMs emails (a clear Inbox is very unlikely!)
governance - keeping divisional reporting and business papers on track
financial management, including processing expenses and coding of invoices
coordinating travel nationwide.
To be successful, your CV, cover letter, and previous work history will demonstrate :
experience in a high volume, very busy EA or similar role supporting multiple senior stakeholders
knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
ability to work at pace, anticipating stakeholders needs, and prioritising work
comfort with, and ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and competing objectives
well-developed and highly effective verbal and written communication skills
outstanding interpersonal skills to support, organise, prioritise, and manage expectations at all levels
Essentially, you'll love working with smart, busy people, and demonstrate energy, a pragmatic and positive demeanour, and role model our behaviours of collaboration, accountability, clarity, and delivery.
